We are in the vicinity, he might say, of his birthday. Or else I’ve missed by a day or two. I’m not that calendar focused. But the last few days I’ve been thinking of my Dad, and restoring photographs approximately, by rephotographing them, thinking of him and of my Aunts and Uncles, and of my mother, sister, the family piano, and I’ve gathered a bit of that here.
